The MYRA GEAN ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP is intended to be awarded with first
preference to students who are members or whose parent or parents are members of the
Savannah Church of Christ. All qualified recipients of this preference shall receive an equal
distribution of the annual award, If there are no students qualified, second preference shall be
given to students from the Clifton Church of Christ in Clifton, TN, All qualified recipients of
this preference shall receive an equal distribution of the annual award. Third preference shall be
given to students from the Second Creek Church of Christ in Hardin County, TN. All qualified
recipients of this preference shall receive an equal distribution of the annual award. Fourth
preference shall be any student or students with financial need.
